Advocating for the health and well-being of area residents and employers
When it comes to HCC’s mission, advocating for the health and well-being of Lafayette County and surrounding areas, is mission critical.
To this end, the HCC takes an active role in providing programs designed to inspire healthy lifestyles and increase access to quality health care among the underserved. With support from funders like HRSA, the Health Care Foundation of Kansas City, USDA and the Missouri Foundation for Health, the HCC seeks, applies for and funnels grant dollars to area providers and organizations support health and wellness initiatives like:
